Comms strategy?

  • DM – We’re limited to 100 participants, so let’s not post it publicly

• Record talks, but not Q&A.

• Can we keep participants muted by default?

  • DM – There are security features to keep this tamped down

  • Can also enable waiting room

Specific slide notes

• Run through

  • Theme consistency/organization slides? Science vs infra?

• slide 31 – Change title

• JW will Add slide to call out the followup workshops/poll

• JW will Add slide for “questions?”

• Add slide for each discussion question, but leave flexibility for other questions

• DO take meeting notes, but DON’T screenshare them

• DM – DM + JW will cast from JW’s computer, and JW will advance DM’s slides. JW should stop screensharing at SB’s part, and SB will start

• SB will check for Sage capitalization/consistency
