General updates

• JW – OFFTK 0.15 is out, 0.15.1 fixed conda tests issue. Pytest 8 issue has something to do with conftest, things work fine if I don’t feed it in, will debug more later but for now am pinning to pytest 7.4

• JW – Topology copying thing is now my top priority.

• MT – Met with RG to refactor some code to use Interchange. I expect that to drop in the next week or two.
