General updates

• MT –

  • OFFTK 0.16.4 - Basically just stuff in simplemolecule and docs changes from JM. The simplemolecule thing required some back and forth with HB, was initially fast but when I asked for verification of the PR/a read over of the test, things got much quieter. I haven’t heard from them since the release so I’m assuming things are good.

  • Ad board meeting was interesting.

• JW –

  • Pseudovacuum in GROMACS seems to be working for FB tests, but the update to gromacs 2024 has unearthed other behavior/API changes.
