General updates

• MT – Am I expected to/invited to attend OE CUP?

  • JW – Sorry, I dropped the ball on this. You’re invited to attend but not expected. If you do go we’ll cover it, but do plan to present a poster or talk.

  • MT – Gotcha, I’ll think about it, will make a call on Friday.

    • Good logistics in to ABQ, train to Santa Fe

• JW – In person meeting lodging should be booked, any questions about flights? All of your lodging will be booked by KCJ from the night of the 12th to the morning of the 18th. We’ll reimburse economy seats + seat selection + a checked bag. If you choose to travel before/after the meeting, you won’t be reimburtsed for lodging on the non-meetings days, and make sure that the airfare isn’t significantly more than flying in on the 12th and out on the 18th.
