General updates

MT
- I’ll be offline thurs+fri of next week, in addition to shutdown.
  - JW – Sounds good. I realized that JE approves these requests but assumes that I’ve approved them by the time they’re requested. Let’s have you request primarily in justworks and then JE and I will review requests
  - MT – Ok. I’ll note that the OMSF docs for time off say to ask in justworks, so please coordinate on either updating those or clearly having an OpenFF policy that differs and instructions on how we do it.

- Thanks for hopping in with user support for the user who got the charge assignment error!
- Cut this meeting down to one hour on calendar, as a step toward possibly removing entirely?
  - MT – Sounds good, could go even shorter
  - JW – Let’s iterate on it, but just reduce to 1hr for now.
- Could you attend Lori meeting Friday? I expect good value from talking about pydantic and generally keeping open channel with Lori/QC dev world. I’d see useful communication about torsiondrives as a plus
  - MT – Yeah, I’ll be there.
- I’m working on migrating trello tickets to ZenHub, but formal switchover won’t happen until Jan. So we’ll have the weird multiple-systems-of-record situation until then.
  - MT – Sounds good. I like the look of openFE’s zenhub.
