General updates

• OpenFE/J&J debugging invitation

  • JW – I’m fine either way, just figure it’d be a ParmEd support session, and would come directly at the expense of Interchange progress. Also it’d give us an implied warranty for whatever we do.

  • MT – Yeah, it’s not within our mandate to act as support for this whole area of workflows. But I’d like to prioritize our future developments for workflows like this (eg Topology.from_pdb)

  • JW – Agree. These will be very useful, but I don’t want them to be in the way of the 0.11.0 release. If we don’t get a flood of high-priority bugs after this then I can redirect my effort toward those thing, but I dont' want to promise them/delay the initial release just for their sakes.
