General updates

• MT – Re vsite failures in OFFTK CI - I can’t think of any recent changes in Interchange that’d be responsible, but I’m planning to make a release shortly anyway, and will look into this once that’s done (if the release doesn’t fix it).

• MT – Re nagl failures in OFFTK CI - I’ve got a PR open to nagl feedstock that should resolve. Working on some techncial details.
