General updates

• JW – Still working on QCSubmit fixes.

• JW – Details on nagl import loop? Just catching up.

  • MT – Nagl is the only wrapped toolkit that itself imports the toolkit. We can work around it now and I’ll provide a writeup later.

  • JW – Thanks. Assume that the approval holds then, and merge once the tests go green.
