JW – Need approval/comments on Project Plan: Adoption of Interchange backend as export machinery for ForceField.create_openmm_system .

• I'm working on making vsite tests, do those need to be finished before scope is approved?

JW – Working with Nolasco on project planning, doing my best to fill in things using my understanding (a lot is guesswork, feel free to overwrite anything I've miscommunicated to him when you meet)

JW – Bespokefit plans? Clear go/no-go on release? Swope plans?

JW – https://github.com/openforcefield/standards/issues/29 will be a blocking issue on interchange rollout, and therefore biopolymer release. I'm interested in quick thoughts if you have them, otherwise will plan to not hear until you're back.
