General updates

• Raised the repeated stakeholder confusion issue to governing board. I think this is a good time for it, given the changing of the guard (AZ just bought their way on to gov board)

• I'll be unavailable (except emergencies) Oct 8-20.

  • For urgent org-level stuff, I’ll delegate to Diego

  • For urgent infra stuff, I’ll redirect to you

  • For non-urgent stuff, I’ll wait until I get back

  • Update calendar

    • MT will lead core-devs and openmm check in (JW and RG may join OMM call from UGM)

  • MT – Please make a list of to-dos/trello tickets for the next two weeks.

• In person meeting likely in May, NOT Feb - waiting on all partners to renew - 80% complete and no new withdrawals. Waiting until May gives us a chance to use CZI funding.
