• UROP submission

  • CD – MS tasked me with writing a rough draft for the project description. Need help with drafting methods section.

• OE CUP

  • Attendance/scheduling?

    • CD – This should work with my schedule. I talked with my professors and they’re open to me attending this.

  • Poster

    • CD – Where is the poster printer?

      • OM – There’s a poster printer in the building. I can show you how to do this, I’m also doing a poster. Turnaround on posters in our building is a few hours.

    • We’ll review poster at next meeting, which has been moved forward two days to account for attendee availability.

    • JW – I’m not planning on attending CUP. Can’t justify taking the time off.

  • Reimbursement

    • OM – I’ll handle that. It will depend a little on transportation. Might be some paperwork for flying. But if we drive together and share a hotel room then I can handle all the work. It’s roughly a 5 hour drive.

  • CD –
