Notebook rehearsal

• Run code with and without proposed changes

  • (General) – Accepted new changes

• Solution to second challenge?

  • (LD wrote the core part of this, JW will make the result into a dataframe)

• Could add an nglview step later

  • JW will look at adding this today

• How should we run the session?

  • LD will walk through the code and explain it

  • Take a 5 minute break at each “challenge”

  • Stop for questions at end of each section

• What’s the meaning of “relative violation”?

  • LD – I’ll have to think about this. Even if there’s no specific meaning, we can say it’s a normalized measure of violations

  • JW – It’s fine if we don’t assign it a specific meaning.

Slide review

• LD – For plots that look low-res, we can shrink them to make them sharper

• JW – Be sure we have units and color charts on DH’s plots

• JW – Let’s add an overview/schedule slide at the beginning

  • (General) – Agree / Done

• JW – Let’s rearrange the small molecule slides

  • (General) – Agree / Done

• JW will ensure that he can record/has host priveleges

• Presenters will join 10 minutes early
