Additional biopolymer data

Background and goal

While we have already generated multiple datasets of peptide data, fitting and validating general biopolymer force fields will likely require both broader and more fundamental coverage. Our needs will eventually include:

• fragmenting parts of the PDB and/or CCD for diverse coverage of this region

• DNA data. We already have RNA datasets, but will need DNA as well to fit a nucleic acid force field
