General updates | MT – Agile thing - You have an invite for next Fri at this time/slightly before this timeslot to do stakeholder review Backlog item – On tues during sprint planning, I was short on stuff to nominate as candidate tasks. There weren’t a lot of fires happening and I’m not involved in the eg. qcsubmit development. It’d be great if, in 2 mondays, I had a list of a dozen-ish tasks on the order of 1-8 hours. Working with JM on PRs has been going great. I’m not sure if I’m hogging his time and effort, but his feedback has been timely and valuable. I have one or two others that I’ve asked him for feedback on async - they’re not schedule for 0.4.0 but it’d be good to have them in the next few weeks. JW – I’d love to tell JM to spend 25%ish of his time iterating with you, but I’d like to ensure that timelines for reviews and stuff are transparent in case stuff won’t get done in a particular week. MT – My initial idea is to have us go back and forth async - I’m fine if work I ask him for can’t be done, but it’d be best for my timelines to know his intentions/availability. JW – Ok, if you are good to go back and forth on slack about this, then I’ll just check with JM weekly and ensure that he’s not spending too much time and neglecting other important stuff. He’ll have a few big-ticket items coming up in the next few months that may reduce his availability. MT – That would work well.
JW –
