Examples reorganization | Hey Matt I would love to sit down with you and Jeff to figure out the best way to do the docs.openforcefield.org examples page. My intention is for it to work similarly to the OpenMM Cookbook, but with notebooks continuing to be stored in individual project repositories, which means it needs some design work. I've put up a very early PR here. I know it's late but do you think you could come to our check-in tomorrow?
